AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and DERMA COSMETICS PTE. LTD. ("Cellology", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the Cellology Singapore website (the "Site").

By accessing the Site or purchasing products from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms include our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return/Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that (1) you are at least 13 years of age; (2) if you are under 18 years of age, you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Site; (3) all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete; (4) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and (5) your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the product descriptions, images, colours, specifications, and pricing of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that such information will always be accurate, complete, current, or free from errors. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only, and actual product colours or packaging may vary depending on your device or product updates.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at any time without prior notice.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all orders placed through the Site. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information as necessary to enable us to complete your transactions.

All prices displayed on the Site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable fees will be calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities purchased per customer, household, or order, and correct any pricing, product information, or payment errors, including after payment has been received. Where payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All purchases made through the Site are subject to our Return/Refund Policy. Please review our Return/Refund Policy before placing an order. By purchasing products through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Return/Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product information, designs, trademarks, and software, are owned by or licensed to Cellology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cellology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products purchased through the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Singapore.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on the Site unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
